Our venue provides an array of inside facilities including:

  • Reception area 40m2 – Ground floor – 50 people
  • Forest Conference & Exhibition space – 135 m2 + 25 m2 catering area
  • Alder Room - 6m x 4.3m – Ground floor – Maximum 12 people or catering facility
  • Beech Room - 9m x 5m – First floor – Maximum 50 people
  • Cherry Room - 4.2m x 5m – First floor – Maximum 10 people

Reception area

40m2 - Ground floor – 50 people capacity

With a real quirky feel, a large section of tree in our reception area gives guests an idea that that have not arrived at a stereotypical meeting venue. Rustic wood paneling on feature walls gives visitors a taste of what they will discover as they move through the building.

Tea and coffee facilities are available in this area which provides direct access to the exhibition area, meeting room 1 and the ground floor toilets


 

Forest Conference & Exhibition space

135 m2 + 25 m2 catering area

If you are looking for an exhibition space that has the wow factor, this could be the place for you. This quirky area boasts some unusual features including a large fireplace constructed from over 5 tonnes of natural stone, tables made from recycled cable drums which sit on 1 mtr diameter logs and is overlooked by a first-floor viewing area. The space can also be accessed by vehicles, so getting heavy items into the room is never a problem. The upstairs viewing area can also be used to set up lighting rigs and sound systems, so creating some stunning AV effects for your event will never be a problem.

Multiple power points around the building will ensure that exhibitors will be able to easily access a power point.

Alder Room

6m x 4.3m – Ground floor – Maximum 12 people or catering facility

This room is on the ground floor and is suitable for up to 12 people in a Boardroom style arrangement. The room has a very unusual natural wood table has direct access to the reception area, the exhibition room and to the outside. The room has plenty of natural light and is the only room in the centre that does not have AV equipment.

The room has a fridge and sink, so is self-contained with private access.

The room can also be used by outside caterers as a food preparation area for bigger events

Beech Room

9m x 5m – First floor – Maximum 50 people

This is our biggest meeting room with three configuration options

  • 30 people boardroom style
  • 25 people classroom style
  • 50 people theatre style

The room has high tech lighting effects and is an ideal room for presentations where AV input is required.

The room has access to an internal patio area and full kitchen facilities.

Shared access to kitchen facilities with free tea and coffee.

Free access to grounds if not in use by others.

Cherry Room

4.2m x 5m – First floor – Maximum 10 people

This room has views over our scenic pond and the rolling countryside, with three configuration options

  • 10 people boardroom style
  • 15 people classroom style
  • 25 people theatre style

The room has access to an internal patio area and full kitchen facilities.

Shared access to kitchen facilities with free tea and coffee.

Free access to grounds if not in use by others.

Kitchen

14 m2 - First floor

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and sink and contains ample cutlery and crockery for meeting rooms 2 and 3. The kitchen also has a small table with chairs with tea and coffee making facilities.


 

Inside Gallery

Seating - 20 m2 - First floor

This balcony seating area provides a communal space to relax and can be used as a break-out area. An ideal place to sit for a chill-out and change of scene. This space has views over the exhibition area and the grounds. This area can also be used for locating AV equipment to create some great ‘top-down’ opportunities for exhibitors either filming or lighting. This space is shared between meeting rooms 2 and 3 but can be reserved if required.


 

Toilets

The centre has 4 ground floor and 2 first floor toilets in addition to a disabled access toilet and shower room which is located on the ground floor


 

Feature fireplace

Ideal for a bit of winter warmth and great for photo opportunities.
